Welcome to Rubric Wise!

By booking a coaching session, making a payment, or engaging in services, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These are here to ensure mutual respect, clarity, and safety in our work together.

1. Scope of Services

Rubric Wise is a project of Leap Homeopathy. Rubric Wise provides homeopathy education services and coaching. Services are educational, supportive, and not a replacement for medical diagnosis or treatment. I do not offer emergency care or give medical advice related to prescriptions or diagnostics. Always consult your physician for urgent or medical concerns.

2. Practitioner Role & Medical Care

Client care is managed at Leap Homeopathy. Rubric Wise is an educational platform. It is for coaching and guidance, not for prescriptions.

3. Appointments

Coaching, courses and online training are available at Rubric Wise.

4. Payment & Cancellations

Payment is due at the time of booking or within 30 days of receiving an invoice.

A 5% late fee may apply to invoices unpaid after 7 days.

Appointments must be canceled/rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

Late cancellations may incur a fee (see bookings).

Missed appointments are non-refundable.

5. Refunds & Packages

All consultations and digital products are non-refundable.

Prepaid packages are non-refundable but may be transferred with written consent.

Refunds are not issued once services have been rendered or digital access granted.

6. Communication

I respond to short, non-urgent emails within 12–24 hours. Communication is by email or within the coaching platform.

Video calls and coaching sessions are held via Zoom, WhatsApp, or similar.

I may use text messages for simple logistics (e.g., reminders, confirmations) or online notifications.

All platforms used are secure, but no digital system is 100% risk-free. By using them, you accept this risk.

7. Confidentiality & Records

All client information is stored securely in FEA Create (Go High Level) and in password protected note taking files.

Your information is never shared without your written consent, unless required by law.

I retain coaching notes for three years from your last active session.

8. Referrals & Supervision

I stay within my scope and continually seek professional supervision. If questions arise during the course of my coaching sessions with you I may:

Consult with colleagues (with your consent)

Refer you to another practitioner

Adjust timelines for delivery if deeper analysis is required

12. Office Hours

My hours vary based on client demand and family life. If my online calendar doesn’t suit your time zone, email me at [email protected] and I’ll do my best to accommodate.

13. Liability

Rubric Wise (c/o Leap Homeopathy) is not liable for decisions or outcomes resulting from your use of any recommendations provided. Clients are responsible for making informed choices.

14. Email List & Communication

By becoming a client, your email may be added to my newsletter. You may receive occasional messages about Rubric Wise homeopath education, services, or resources. You can unsubscribe at any time. See my Privacy Policy (link below).

15. Final Agreement

By booking a coaching session, making payment, or continuing a subscription, you acknowledge that you’ve read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
