1. Agreement and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Rubric Wise website, courses, digital products, and coaching services, and any purchase you make through them. Rubric Wise is operated by Leap Homeopathy (Leah Bugg, LHP, CHP), based in Carlsbad, California. In these Terms, we, us, and our mean Leap Homeopathy trading as Rubric Wise. You and your mean the person accessing the site or purchasing a product or service.

By accessing the website, downloading a free resource, purchasing a digital product, booking a coaching session, or enrolling in a course, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or purchase from Rubric Wise.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and able to enter a binding agreement, to purchase or use Rubric Wise products and services.

If you create an account on the Rubric Wise Academy platform, you agree to give accurate information and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.

3. Services and Products

Rubric Wise provides homeopathy education. This includes free resources, digital products such as the Acute Prompt Cards and the Repertory Foundations ebook, frameworks such as the Case Orientation Framework, one to one mentorship through Case Companion, and the Rubric Wise Academy.

Rubric Wise is educational. It teaches repertory work, case analysis, and clinical reasoning. It is not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment, and it does not provide remedy prescriptions for your own health concerns. Client facing clinical care, including remedy prescriptions, is provided separately through Leap Homeopathy, not through Rubric Wise. For urgent or medical concerns, consult your physician.

4. Payment and Cancellations

Payment for courses, digital products, frameworks, and Case Companion mentorship is due at checkout, or within 7 days of receiving an invoice. A late fee of 5 percent may apply to invoices left unpaid after 7 days.

If you book a coaching or mentorship session, you must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may carry a fee, as described at booking. Missed appointments are non-refundable.

5. Refunds and Packages

Digital products, including ebooks, prompt cards, frameworks, and course access, are non-refundable once purchased. Consultations and coaching sessions are non-refundable once rendered.

Prepaid Case Companion packages are non-refundable but may be transferred to another available session with written consent.

Nothing in this section removes any refund right you have under applicable consumer protection law.

6. Digital Access and Intellectual Property

Rubric Wise owns or licenses all content on the website and within its courses, ebooks, frameworks, and platform. This includes the WISE Pathway, the RUBRIC Method, written material, videos, templates, and design.

When you purchase a course, ebook, or framework, we grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use it for your own study. You may not resell it, share your login or downloaded files with others, teach from it publicly, or post it in a group or on social media without our written permission.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Rubric Wise website and platform lawfully. You will not scrape or copy site content, attempt to access another user's account, share paid course access, or use the site in a way that disrupts it for other students.

We may suspend or close your account if we reasonably believe you have broken these Terms.

8. Communication

We respond to short, non urgent emails within 12 to 24 hours. Coaching and mentorship sessions are held over Zoom, WhatsApp, or a similar platform, and we may text you for logistics like reminders and confirmations.

The platforms we use take reasonable security measures, but no online system is completely risk free. By using them, you accept that risk.

9. Confidentiality, Records, and Privacy

Your personal information is stored securely in our client management system, FEA Create, and in password protected notes. We do not share your information without your written consent, unless the law requires it.

We keep coaching and mentorship notes for three years from your last active session.

Our Privacy Policy explains in full what we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have over it. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Referrals and Supervision

We stay within the scope of homeopathic education and coaching, and we seek professional supervision as needed. If something comes up during your work with us that calls for it, we may consult with a colleague with your consent, refer you elsewhere for further guidance, or adjust a timeline.

11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Rubric Wise content and services are provided as is. We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate, but we do not guarantee the site or platform will be uninterrupted or error free.

Rubric Wise and Leap Homeopathy are not liable for decisions or outcomes that result from your use of the education, frameworks, or guidance we provide. You are responsible for the choices you make with it, including any clinical decisions in your own practice.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under California law, including liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct.

12. Email List and Marketing Communications

When you sign up for a course, digital product, or service, we may add your email to the Rubric Wise newsletter. You may receive occasional emails about education, services, or resources. You can unsubscribe at any time. See our Privacy Policy for detail.

13. Governing Law, Jurisdiction, and Waiver

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms, the website, or a purchase, will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California, including small claims court where the claim qualifies.

Neither party gives up a right under these Terms by delaying or failing to enforce it once. This waiver applies to both you and us equally.

14. Changes to These Terms, Notices, and Entire Agreement

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we will let you know by email or through the website. Continuing to use Rubric Wise after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.

Notices to you will be sent to the email on your account or order, and are considered received 2 days after we send them. Notices to us should go to [email protected].

If a court finds part of these Terms unenforceable, that part will be narrowed to the minimum extent needed, and the rest of the Terms stays in effect.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Rubric Wise about your use of the site and purchase of our products and services. They replace any earlier agreement or understanding on the same subject.

15. Affiliate Disclosure

Rubric Wise may recommend third party tools and repertory software, including Similia. Some of these are affiliate partnerships, meaning we may earn a commission if you make a purchase through a link or code we provide. This does not change the price you pay. We only recommend tools we use or have evaluated ourselves.

Where required, we disclose a specific affiliate relationship directly on the post, page, or email where the link appears, in addition to this general disclosure.

16. Final Agreement and Contact

By purchasing a product, booking a session, or continuing a subscription with Rubric Wise, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
