By using our website or platform, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not be able to access some parts of the site.

1. Information We Collect

To provide courses, digital products, mentorship, and platform access, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, mailing address if you order a print product, payment details processed through our payment provider, course progress and engagement data, and anything else you willingly share when you subscribe, comment, or contact us.

We also collect usage data, such as which pages you visit and how long you stay, and cookies, described in section 7.

Rubric Wise does not provide clinical care. We do not collect medical history, presenting symptoms, or remedy recommendations about you. If you also work with Leap Homeopathy for consultations, that relationship and the health information it involves are covered under Leap Homeopathy's own Privacy Policy, not this one.

If you take part in Case Companion mentorship, you may share case notes about your own clients for review. Those notes may contain personal or health information about a third party, not you. You are responsible for anonymizing your client's identifying details or having their consent before sharing their information with us. We use case material only to provide mentorship and do not use it for any other purpose.

2. How We Collect Information

We collect personal information when you purchase a course, ebook, or framework, book Case Companion mentorship, join the Rubric Wise Academy platform, download a free resource, join our email list, or contact us by email or message. All data is collected directly from you with your consent.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to deliver the course, product, or mentorship you purchased, communicate with you about your order or session, respond to your questions, improve the website and platform, send occasional updates or promotions if you have opted in, and keep our systems running securely.

We do not sell your information to third parties.

4. Sensitive Personal Information

Some state privacy laws treat health information as sensitive personal information with added protection. Rubric Wise does not knowingly collect sensitive personal information, including health data, about you as part of our education services.

The exception is Case Companion mentorship. If you share case notes about your own clients for review, those notes may contain sensitive personal information about a third party. We use that information only to provide mentorship, keep it confidential, and do not use it to build any profile or dataset beyond your individual session.

If you separately work with Leap Homeopathy as a client, any sensitive information involved in that care is handled under Leap Homeopathy's own Privacy Policy.

5. Where and How Your Data Is Stored

Your information is securely stored in FEA Create, which runs on Go High Level's encrypted servers. This includes your order history, course access, and any messages you send us.

Security measures include encrypted data transmission over HTTPS, password protected access to our systems, and limited access so that only Rubric Wise staff can view your data.

6. Third Parties We Share Data With

We share your information only with the service providers needed to run Rubric Wise. This includes FEA Create for course and client management, our payment processor to handle transactions, and email delivery tools to send you course access and communications. Each of these providers is contractually limited to using your data to provide their service to us.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

7. Cookies, Analytics, and Tracking

We use cookies to remember your preferences and understand how visitors use the site. You can turn cookies off through your browser settings at any time.

If we use analytics or advertising tools, such as Google Analytics or a social media pixel, they may collect information about your visit, including pages viewed and general location. Where required by law, we honor Global Privacy Control and similar browser signals that request an opt out of this kind of sharing.

8. How Long We Keep Your Information

We keep your account and order information for as long as needed to provide our services and meet our legal and tax obligations, and generally for 7 years after your last purchase or interaction with us. After that period, your information is securely deleted from our systems.

9. Your Privacy Rights

If you live in California, you have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, request that we delete it, correct inaccurate information, and opt out of the sale or sharing of your information. We do not sell your information. If we ever use tracking tools that count as sharing under California law, you can opt out through the cookie controls described in section 7 or by contacting us directly.

If you live in a state with its own comprehensive privacy law, you likely have similar rights, and we will honor a request made under your state's law the same way we handle a California request.

If you are in the European Union, you also have rights under GDPR, including the right to access, correct, or delete your data and to withdraw consent at any time.

10. Emails and Marketing

If you subscribe to our email list, we may send occasional updates, resources, or offers. You can unsubscribe at any time through the link in any email. Your email address remains on a protected list to prevent accidental re-subscription, and you can resubscribe at any time.

11. Children's Privacy

Rubric Wise is written for adult students and practitioners. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verified parental consent. If we learn that such data was collected inadvertently, we will delete it.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on our website with a new effective date. If we make a material change, we will notify you by email.
